POSITION: Service Advisor   

HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (No weekends)   

LOCATION: 109 FOURTH ST, BUNNELL, FL 32110

Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor. 
• Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance recommendations. 
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services. 
• Schedule service appointments and ensure timely follow-ups with customers. 
• Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow. 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and service best practices. 
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer concerns promptly. 
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and vehicle performance. 

Requirements: 

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a related customer service role within the automotive industry. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner. 
• Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. 
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Automotive Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance services. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. 
• Team Player: Ability to work well with technicians and other staff members to ensure a seamless service experience.
